Which mail providers work?
Any IMAP and SMTP host: cPanel, ISPmanager, Plesk, Fastmail, iCloud, Yahoo, your own server. Gmail works with an app password at launch; one-click Google and Microsoft sign-in come later.
Do you store my emails or passwords?
No. Everything stays on your Mac, passwords in the Keychain.
How is this different from Apple Mail or Spark?
They are built for one or two personal accounts. MXDeck is built for dozens of domains: health checks, DNS setup, a lane for codes and a lane for cold pitches.
